All-round Education
Providing students with opportunities to become the best versions of themselves.
We believe students learn on the river as well as in the lecture theatre; in the choir as well as the library; through friendships for life as well as study-groups. Many alumni fondly recall their time at Cambridge through sport, music, or drama.
On a practical level, such an all-round education develops transferable skills that will be of use throughout a student’s future career. Research also demonstrates the positive impact that extra-curricular activities have on students’ mental health. However, a recent University survey highlighted that 17% of our students were not taking part in physical activity because of a concern about finances.
Our Aims
- Make facilities readily available to all our students so that no-one is prevented financially from taking part in sport, exercise, music, drama, or similar activities at any level.
- Support a programme that help students’ transition to University and develop their leadership skills and resilience.
You can make a difference

Together we can ensure the next generation of great thinkers, leaders, creators, entrepreneurs, problem solvers and achievers find their home at Trinity Hall.
